Houstonians will recognize the graffiti to the left. I must have passed under it at least 1000 times on my way to the University of Houston. It got me thinking what does it mean to BE SOMEONE?
Over 70% of people are unhappy with their job and are actively looking to make a switch. They feel like their job doesn't make an impact and serves no greater purpose. There's an unmet need, particularly among young professionals joining the workforce. The need to be someone is more starved than ever in 2020.
When we look at people who have fundamentally "become someone" the common denominator is having vision. Join me as I walk you through my experience of finding out what it means to be someone, I make some hasty choices to work toward my vision and learn from those who have already become someone.
